Ingredients
  • 1 Head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • Juice of one orange
  • 1 Orange, segmented
  • 1 Pint heavy cream
  • 1 Can coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Thai yellow curry
Directions
  1. Bring to boil orange juice, heavy cream, and coconut milk.
  2. Add Thai yellow curry and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add cauliflower florets and cook for another 10 minutes or until cooked through. Plate cauliflower, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with orange segments.
