This is the Jekyll and Hyde of our line-up. The smokey campfire and match stick qualities on the nose are reminiscent of a Chardonnay from Meursault. The palette is a delicious citrus-fruit cocktail with flavors of key lime, apple, and pear. This is a crisp, green fruit-driven chardonnay that is very food-friendly, so bring on the oysters and seafood!
