This wine is always so popular. Unfortunately, this is the last vintage from the Unti Vineyard as the fruit is so delicious the owner, George Unti, decided to keep it all for themselves. Take a hint from Chef John and serve it with Puttanesca, or any favorite tomato-based pasta. The acidity of those dishes stands up nicely to this. This is a balance of raspberry and red currant, with a subtle cherry-vanilla acidity finish.
