This will make you say, “WOW!” If we didn’t bottle this to make wine, we should have made a perfume or scented candle. These grapes were picked late to accentuate the wildflower and honeysuckle notes. We used neutral (older & used) oak so as to not mask the explosive aromas. On the mid palate, you’ll find nuanced peach and nectarine cobbler flavors. There is beautiful viscosity to this wine that makes you want to chew on it for a while. Only 6 barrels, 150 cases produced.
