This will make you say, “WOW!” If we didn’t bottle this to make wine, we should have made a perfume or scented candle. These grapes were picked late to accentuate the wildflower and honeysuckle notes. We used neutral (older & used) oak so as to not mask the explosive aromas. On the mid-palate, you’ll find nuanced peach and nectarine cobbler flavors. There is beautiful viscosity to this wine that makes you want to chew on it for a while. Only 6 barrels, 150 cases produced.
